Description: Find out how a High School and a Middle School Librarian used a grant to Purchase ebooks & audiobooks through OverDrive School Download Library. Learn from our experience – from funding and collection development to marketing and implementation.

Joanna and Bestey hope attendees will be able to: determine how to incorporate OverDrive ebooks into the school library collection/program.

Angie S. learned “how to implement OverDrive ebook lending in a school library” and plans to “investigate the possibility of purchasing OverDrive.”

L. D. learned “about many resources for ebooks – info about formats, etc.” and plans to “continue to research ebook options – maybe experiment with some options.”

Lori L. learned “the MANY steps and obstacles to get ebooks going” and plans to “continue looking at methods of funding.”

Mary Ann P. learned “[I] need not rely on one type of format or one type of device” and plans to “try several things for ebooks and audible books.”
